The latest generation laser plotter – engraving machine – portable, safe and easy to use.
This engraver is a modern combination of laser technology and a printer. Depending on the laser power, it allows you to engrave and burn various materials: wood, bamboo, paper, cardboard, plastic, rubber, leather, varnish, painted metal, PCBA, bone, mahogany. The 3500 mW model is ideal for grayscale reproduction. Model 7W and higher can sculpt in metal, aluminum oxide, copper. The 20W model can cut materials up to 2 mm, engrave from 0.5 to 5 mm.
The device can be operated with NEJE (Windows and Mac) or GPBL software. The machine can use BMP, JPG, PNG and other format files directly, and you can insert text and edit text directly to achieve complete mapping. The device supports a maximum of 2000 x 2000px, the point distance is 0.075mm. The software supports basic G-CODE (.nc) (Inkscape) and basic CAD functions (.dxf) GRBL software is open source and supports almost all G-CODE components, hardware supports z-axis, simple CNC functions.
Safety: the device has a built-in accelerometer sensor – accelerometer. In the event that the device tilts or moves (accidentally touched), the printer will stop automatically. This allows you to protect the fired object, prevent damage to the laser as well as the people operating the device. The device has overvoltage protections, a temperature sensor which effectively extends the life of the laser. Adjusting the laser beam is very simple, it allows you to increase the effectiveness of the printer’s engraving.
Offline operation is very simple:
press the button once to reset the device,
press 2 times to do the positioning frame,
press 3 times to start engraving,
press 4 times to stop engraving.
The device is light, portable and convenient to transport. English version of the software. The device is not dedicated to serial, industrial operation.
